A wide range of massage techniques are used to provide individually tailored treatments. I always seek to treat not only the symptoms but also the underlying causes of your condition, in order to bring about effective, long lasting improvement.
Training, qualifications & experience
Sarah first developed an interest in complementary therapies whilst on a backpacking trip to India and Nepal in the late 90's where she had the opportunity to experience various treatments herself. This enabled her to experience first hand the many benefits massage can bring to your general health.
Sarah is a professionally trained massage therapist who works with people with a wide range of conditions. She holds recognised VTCT qualifications in Sports massage, Swedish massage, Indian head massage and has a practitioners diploma in natural lift facial massage. Sarah has also completed an advanced bodywork course for the lower back, pelvis and legs with inspire massage and has attended a myofascial release course with gateway workshops. More recently she has completed an advanced sports stretching course and lower back clinical massage course with jing institude.
Sarah is committed to her own professional development and remains updated with advances in her field.
