My experience of Reflexology started over 16 years ago when I was trying to find something that would help me relax after a difficult working week. I found that during a reflexology treatment I reached such a state of relaxation it was as if someone had flicked a switch. After this there was no going back and I have been interested in the effects of reflexology ever since. Reflexology is very powerful and the results seen by clients never ceases to amaze.
At Life Reflexology we offer hand and feet reflexology.
I am based in Bruton, Somerset and work from a tranquil treatment room and visit clients at home when appropriate and visit commercial premises for Employee Well-being Days with Life Reflexology.

Training, qualifications & experience
Currently, the highest level of Reflexology qualification is the Level 5 and this is the qualification I hold having studied for the Centralia Reflexology Mastership (CRM5). The CRM5 is assigned to the Nursing, Subjects and Vocations Allied to Medicine Sector and includes Reflexology protocols in specialist areas such as stress management, maternity, subfertility and palliative care.
I have trained at the Inspira Academy gaining experience of the CALM© TECHNIQUE – palliative/clinical reflexology/stress management under the tuition of Sue Alma Evans.
The Calm technique is a course for qualified reflexologists and developed specifically for those clients who are terminally ill.
I have also trained with Sue Kay in Reflexology lymphatic Drainage (RLD).
RLD is an award-winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay BSc(Hons), whilst working in Cancer Care.
I am a full member of Association of Reflexologists and abide by their codes of conduct, offering a totally confidential service.
