Ive been a complimentary health practioner for many years, with a Master of Arts in Psychotherapy & Healing. I have further qualifications in anatomy & physiology and have been privileged to train in a very wide range of massage, healing, therapeutic and mindfulness styles.
I offer relaxing massage such as swedish and holistic, as well as spa style massage and advanced deep tissue and neuromuscular body work with trigger point therapies.
I also combine Deep Tissue and Healing in " Chakra Massage" with 45 mins Deep Tissue on the back arms and neck and head and facial massage and 20 mins Rekki Healing focused over the Chakras.
If you have any pain issues from long ago injuries or habitual postural impact - Myo fascia stretching techniques can help if there is a need to release muscle adhesions and knots causing pain and discomfort across the muscle surface.
I'm based in a comfortable home based treatment in N7.

Spa Massage : Qualified Dip Bamboo Massage Practioner,Dip Facial Massage and Rejuvenation, Beauty Facial, Dip SAC.
Healing: Qualified Ma Soph ( Master of Arts Jungian Psychology and Healing) MBACP Dip Healing trust 1&2 and Reiki 1,2 & Masters, PG Dip CBT CAT & Mindfulness.
