About me

SB Sports Therapy provides a comprehensive sports injury service, with a range of services including:

  • Posture and injury assessment
  • Sports massage therapy and soft tissue release
  • Trigger point release
  • Acupuncture
  • Joint mobilisation
  • Taping and strapping
  • Ultrasound and interferential treatment
  • Prescription of a rehabilitation program
  • First aid cover for sporting events

I am based in NW Sports Fit, Old Colwyn, and hold clinics upstairs in Mill Clinic in the Tweedmill Outlet Shopping Centre. I also provide a mobile service. I will travel to your home for assessment and treatment.

My services are available to everyone, you don't have to be sporty.

All home visits have a minimum fee of £30

Injury Assessment, Recommendations and Treatments

  • Assessment & treatment - 60 minutes - £40
  • Follow-up appointments from £25

Sports Massage

  • Whole body - 60 minutes - £40
  • Legs & lower back - 30 minutes - £25
  • Shoulders neck and back - 30 minutes - £25
  • Specific small areas - 30 minutes - £25
