I am a fully qualified Reflexologist practicing since 2009. I practice from my home treatment room and also offering home visits in the Saffron Walden, Cambridge, Haverhill, Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket and Bishops Stortford areas.
I specialise in assisting clients with anxiety related conditions, stress and depression. Regular reflexology treatments helps the body maintain balance, promotes self healing, and encourages a healthy body and mind.
Reflexology is non-invasive and is used to aid the body in restoring and maintaining its own balance, encouraging healing. You can relax, switch off and be pampered in a safe environment. The whole body benefits so treatments can be customised to individual needs from the young to the elderly.

VTCT level 3 diploma in Reflexology, 2009, Cambridge.
Reflexology therapist working for the NHS part time assisting adult mental health patients receiving hospital treatment and aid them in their healing process.
VTCT level 3 diploma in Indian Head Massage, 2017
Specialising in mental health issues, anxiety, depression and stress.
I work part time for the NHS as a Complementary Therapist in an Adult Mental Health Unit in Bury St Edmunds.
