I work as a homeopath throughout East Devon and in Exeter, consulting at three different clinics and in patients' own homes. I help people to resolve ill-health, physical trauma, or difficulties in their sense of well-being through the use of homeopathic remedies, patient-centred care, and a holistic perspective.
Whatever the reason prompting their choice of homeopathic medicine (see below) I view each patient as a whole person, treating them in accordance with what their own particular health history, life and personality is generating by way of symptoms. Complete confidentiality is assured at all times, along with respect for and co-operation with other appropriate forms of health care, be they mainstream (NHS) or another alternative.
As a practitioner of homeopathy I find that people consult with me for varying reasons, any of which may apply to you:
- You are looking for a better outcome for your condition than you have experienced with other medical care
- You recognise that what you need by way of treatment isn’t readily available within mainstream medicine
- You are pregnant or breast-feeding and looking for drug-free treatment options
- You want your children to have drug-free treatment during their development and maturation
- You have a sensitive system that doesn’t do well on standard drugs with potential side-effects
- You have used homeopathy all your life as part of natural health care and wish to continue with its benefits
- You need a more personal, considered and egalitarian approach in the care of your health and well-being
As a practitioner I know that homeopathy, like all other forms of medicine, cannot resolve every single health or well-being issue. My professional training and duty of care mean that if I see that a patient’s best outcome could be served by something else then, with his or her agreement and understanding, I refer on to or work alongside other appropriate forms of health care. My patients know they are in safe hands.

Training, qualifications & experience
I undertook four years of training in classical homeopathy at the award-winning British School of Homoeopathy. My course included two years' study of Anatomy & Physiology, and two more of Clinical Pathology. I graduated and was awarded the professional practitioner’s licence (LBSH) in 2012.
I am registered with the Professional Standards Authority and the Society of Homeopaths. I work to the Society's code of ethics and to the best levels of practice, as informed by my professional instructors and the National Occupational Standards for Complementary and Natural Health Care. I am also committed to the process of continuing professional development.
Since beginning my professional practice I have worked on behalf of a wide range of male and female patients of all ages, and on a great variety of ailments and well-being issues. My time in practice has given me particular experience of treating disease and dis-ease related to stress and trauma, but I am by no means limited to this one area of health care.
Some of the life experience I bring to my professional qualification includes working as a voluntary rape crisis counsellor; work in the NHS in the field of HIV & AIDS; living in ethnically and religiously diverse communities; some years as a brownie guider; working as a director and administrator in a successful small company; being a wife and a mother of three; and coming to the realisation that kindness, courtesy and respect for others are probably the most undervalued of our human virtues.
If you have private medical insurance, payment for your treatment can be covered in part or in full through various companies. A full list of all these medical insurance companies can be found at The Society of Homeopaths website. Please check individual policies with the provider.

Some extracts from testimonials on my website:
“I would wholeheartedly recommend Sandra’s practice to anyone who needs support to deal with health problems, safely and without the fear of side effects.”
Mrs EP, East Devon
“My remedy took away symptoms so wide ranging and demoralising that I thought I would have them for life. After one week on the remedy they were fast disappearing, after three weeks they had completely gone, and when I was interrogated recently by my son regarding my health I discovered they were so completely gone that I'd forgotten they were ever there.
I can't recommend her highly enough."
Mrs SC, Lustleigh, Devon
"I had always been somewhat sceptical about homeopathy, but the treatment I received from Sandra completely changed my views.”
Mrs HP, Newbury, Berkshire
"In my experience the remedies prescribed have proved to be highly effective. The treatment I have received has helped me to regain my mental focus and physical stability.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Sandra to anyone seeking homeopathic healing.”
Mrs JH, East Devon
