Whether you are in need of some pampering and relaxation, want to relieve the stress and tension from your mind and body, or are looking to find relief from muscular aches and pains, Tranquil Knights can help you to achieve your goal. I am based in North Bristol (BS34) and have a dedicated treatment room at home.
Drawing on both traditional and modern techniques I provide massage therapy individually tailored to your needs. A free consultation at the start of your treatment will help us to decide together the best treatment plan for you based on what you need and would like to achieve from your session.
believe passionately that products put on the skin should be as pure, natural and as fresh as possible. All of the products I use in my treatments are organic, paraben and synthetic free and none are tested on animals.
Depending on your treatment type the products used will be from UK based companies; Neal’s Yard Remedies, Schmoo Skincare or Songbird Naturals. More information on each of these brands can be found on my ‘Products’ page.
Training, qualifications & experience
My name is Samantha Knight, I am currently working as a massage therapist from my treatment room at home.
I have always had an interest in massage and aromatherapy but first got involved professionally back in 2006 when I joined an aromatherapy based direct sales company called Likisma.
From there my knowledge and passion for essential oils grew and I become more interested in the holistic approach to massage and bodywork.
In 2010 I finally decided to take the plunge and trained as a holistic massage therapist with the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork (BCMB), and I haven’t looked back since!
I completed my full aromatherapy qualification with Vitality Holistic Therapy in early 2011, bringing all of my training from the past few years into one place.
In February 2014 I completed a Reflexology for Massage Practitioners training day with BCMB and in August 2014 I completed an Indian Head Massage Diploma, also with BCMB.
In September 2014 I decided to throw myself back into education and enrolled on BCMB’s level 5 Sports & Remedial Massage Course which I am pleased to say I completed in August 2015. As part of this course in July 2015 I also attended a training workshop covering Massage for People with Cancer.
I am currently registered with the Massage Training Institute (MTI).
