Welcome to TheMassage&PilatesBase, established since 2003, offering specialist care for muscular stress and maintenance. Sports massage and Pilates are great tool to keep your body functioning at peak condition. You can use sports massage to treat and prevent injuries, to keep muscles strong and flexible and to manage everyday aches and pains. Pilates encourages postural stability, core strength and flexibility to ensure a strong and functioning body. Your treatments/sessions will be targeted to meet your needs and a treatment/session plan will be established after a full consultation/assessment is taken.
As well as working in her private clinic in South Benfleet she now has a fully equipped Pilates studio in Noak Bridge. Soft Tissue Therapist and STOTT Certified instructor Sam Wilkinson has worked in clinic alongside Chiropractors for more than 7 years, was a professional dancer with Rambert Dance Company, and therapist at the London Marathon and as part of the medical team at the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
