My aim is to help you achieve better physical and emotional health through massage therapy and self-help techniques. I support a wide range of clients, and I specialise in treating back, neck and shoulder tension and stress and anxiety. You can read what others say about massage treatments with me on my website www.massageforwellbeing.co.uk. I am based in Yate, South Gloucestershire.
To support those who are frail or suffering with physical or mental health issues or terminal illness I offer M Technique massage treatments; this a very gentle form of massage, specifically designed to support these groups.
I also provide seated acupressure massage for those who find it difficult to use the conventional massage couch and this treatment can also be carried out in the workplace.
I also provide on-site massage along with the Impact Wellbeing training programme. The Impact wellbeing programme teaches people how to use mindfulness, visualisation, breathing, relaxation and massage techniques as a way to manage stress and overwhelm.
Via the contact form on my website, you can leave me your phone number and I can call you back and we can discuss how massage can help ease the back. neck and shoulder problems you are experiencing right now and also help manage any stress and anxiety issues.
Why choose massage? Massage is a wonderful therapy that, used regularly, can reduce your symptoms of anxiety during times of stress, overwhelm and worry. It helps relieve your muscle tension and evokes feelings of calmness to allow you to cope with stress and tension. Massage can support healing, boost energy, reduce recovery after an injury, ease pain and enhance your mood and wellbeing.
