About me

Hi, I am Rowena, the owner of Weymouth Bay Reflexology. I am trained as a clinical reflexologist, and see my clients in my peaceful and private garden studio. I believe that anyone can enjoy reflexology, from tiny tots to older adults. If you are living with stress, have trouble sleeping or want support with minor ailments or life changes, then you might find that regular treatments give you the most benefit.

As a Mum of 2 children, I can tell you that reflexology can also help calm, soothe and comfort children and can be a fantastic way to spend a little time bonding with your child. As a result of seeing some benefits of reflexology treatments for my own children, I will be running courses for parents/carers and their babies, teaching basic reflexology moves, through the Children’s Reflexology Programme, in Weymouth and surrounding areas

Please contact me for more information on reflexology, or classes for parents and carers.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am fully qualified (VTCT Level 3 Diploma) and insured to practice reflexology, and am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, and the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
