Well-being therapist who is passionate about sport's &massage therapy, as well as coaching and mentoring for exhaustive conditions. My main aim is to increase mobility and reduce pain to optimise your quality of life.
I've a higher qualification in Physiotherapy, an advanced Bowen practitioner, as well as having an ILM accredited specialist for coaching recovery for ME, CFS and fibromyalgia clients and can offer mobile visits.
Bowen treatments provide a wonderful experience for people with a whole list of varying aches or injuries. Small, gentle movements are completed around the body to encourage muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia to relax.
Physio treatments relate with back problems, neck & shoulder issues, TMJ, anxiety, muscle/tendon/ligament rehabilitation, joint stiffness, gait analysis, migraine, tennis and golf elbow and many other ailments.
All treatments are recorded and email or texts are sent after each treatment to ensure a speedy recovery and moreover to ensure that you will not re-injure and in fact become stronger around the injured area.
Coaching is confidential and is structured around the clients needs with full communication with GP using a structured programme to eliminate the guesswork and isolatio. There is also 24/7 access to online information to help recovery and a fantastic support team of holistic practitioners who have a wealth of experience and even recovered themselves to a fully functional life.
