I am a member of the “Registered Exercise Professionals” and qualified Pilates Mat work instructor Level 3 with YMCAfit and Qualified STOTT PILATES® Matwork instructor.
I teach group sessions in Falmouth and I also offer private sessions for clients who prefer to work at one-to-one basis.
Pilates is a method of exercise designed to improve your posture, mobility and core strength and stability. It also helps to relax the body and the mind through awareness and focus in your breath, resulting in a lean, toned and well balanced and pain free body.
The objective is to restore the natural curvatures of the spine (cervical, thoracic and lumbar) therefore creating optimal alignment of your joints and muscles.
Pilates has long since been recognised by physical therapists, sports medicine experts and fitness professionals as one of the most effective and safe methods of exercises to help those with back injuries, back and neck pain, post-natal and rehabilitation patients to regain overall fitness in a safe and controlled manner.
STOTT PILATES® is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates

Training, qualifications & experience
Qualified as a fitness instructor level 2 in 2002.
Worked at The City Lit College in London from 2003 to 2011.
Qualified Pilates Matwork Instructor Level 3 with YMCAFit in 2016
My experience comes from teaching group exercise classes with elderly people, Women only groups and mixed ability groups.
