Rehab Jigsaw is an independent rehabilitation consultancy providing expert occupational therapy support for clients and their families following illness, accidents, traumatic incidents or injury. Each client is unique and we offer bespoke services according to the needs of the client or referrer. We accept referrals from clients, families, equipment providers, local authorities, case managers, charities and other rehabilitation providers.
We work with clients and their families who have sustained physical trauma or psychological trauma, or have suffered an illness / disability affecting their daily functioning. We offer face to face and telephone assessments exploring the nature and extent of rehabilitation required and provide clear written reports with recommendations for interventions to assist a client with their recovery, illness management and optimising their personal independence.
Rehab Jigsaw offers assessment, ongoing rehabilitation, occupational therapy, vocational evaluation, functional capacity evaluations, coaching and mentoring. We are experienced in evaluating need, providing advice and support, advising on assistive equipment and home adaptations, arranging therapeutic interventions to promote independence, liaising with employers and schools, and providing vocational rehabilitation to facilitate the return to or maintenance of work activities.
We are very happy to discuss your individual needs and look forward to speaking to you.
