My own experience of stress led me initially to the path of Ayurveda when the quest for inner peace and balance became almost urgent. As if by miracle I was made redundant that accelerated my way into the world of alternative medicine, spirituality and self development. I went on to embark on a 5 year Ayurvedic Medicine degree through which I came into close association with Yoga and the Special Yoga Centre where I trained as a Yoga Teacher too. I now practice and teach both Yoga & Ayurveda at different locations around London and the Surrey area. My main interest is Mental and Emotional Wellbeing and Ayurvedic & Yogic Diet. I see myself as someone who enjoys sharing information and experiences to help and empower others on their journey to good holistic health.
I work with a consolidated programme “Clear, Cleanse, Create” that gives me good results. I do Ayurvedic consultations, bespoke Wellness and therapeutic treatments, run several workshops, retreats and cooking classes centering on wellbing. I also run Integral Yoga Beginners classes and a Yoga Nidra & Meditation class called Stillness Hour.

How did I benefit from Ayurveda?
Ayurveda advocates every individual to live their life according to who they truly are. This is the core principal of Ayurveda which I found most empowering. It made me believe in myself, take stock and live my life for who I am. It offered me the power of individuality which in turn gave me a huge scope of creativity. I took this and is now in the heart of my practice.
