Training, qualifications & experience
In 2006 I decided to change my career path and started to train to become an Osteopath. Qualification is achieved through an intense and demanding 5 year program, underpinned by clinical training, resulting with a Bachelor of Science honours degree in Osteopathy. Further exams have to then be undertaken to become registered with the General Osteopathic Council. I qualified with the College of Osteopaths in London and have now set up practice in Purbeck. During the degree process I also qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist.
I have been brought up in the Purbeck area for most of my life. In the 15 years prior to qualification I managed my family's estate in Purbeck and still continue to keep a small advisory role in the business. Prior to this, I worked for myself running a Marine Chandlery and a Powerboat and Water-ski School on the edge of Poole Harbour in Hamworthy.
We try to keep our prices as reasonable as possible, and hope you will appreciate they represent good value.
