About us

We are an established physiotherapy clinic with a friendly team of experienced, chartered physiotherapists for expert treatment of all musculoskeletal causes of pain or injury.

We aim to provide the most effective and individual treatment programme for each of our patients with a holistic approach and a focus on hands on treatment techniques.

We treat many conditions including neck and back pain, sports injuries, joint and muscle pain, sciatica, arthritis whiplash, and work related disorders.

We also offer sports massage from chartered physiotherapists tailored to your individual requirements.

We are conveniently located on Thorpe Bay seafront with free parking outside the door and are open in the evening for late appointments.

Training, qualifications & experience

All our therapists are experienced chartered Physiotherapists registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Each of our team is a treatment specialist including injuries and problems from

  • skiing
  • football
  • horse riding
  • swimming
  • and running.

Many have done post graduate training in acupuncture and pilates.
So whatever your problem we have someone who has the specialised skills to get you better.

Further information

We work closely with the Pilates Trainer Nikki Nicholas at the Mayura Centre who specialises in Pilates for those with back and spinal issues-whether following surgery or with pain or sciatica.

This enables our patients to get a long term and lasting solution to their problem by improving strength, stability and posture.
