Phoebe Bolton MOst, PGDip Animal Ost, Med Acu, is an Osteopath in Cheltenham and Worcester.
Osteopathy is a hollistic therapy which helps to improve joint stiffness and muscle tension. Treatment alleviates pain/aches/little niggles and reduces injury risk by assessing your strength and stability. We not only look at how your body works on the couch but also how you move and how you can achieve the results you want in your specific sport or occupation. I play lots of hockey, horse riding, yoga and crossfit so I know how important it is to feel good when playing the sport you love, as well as understanding the biomechanics for when it doesn't work! People present to an osteopath with all manner of issues, but typically we help to treat sports injury (rehabilitation, injury reduction and bio mechanical assessment), back pain, neck pain, whiplash, sciatica, tennis and golfer's elbow, knee pain, osteoarthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches, constipation, hamstring injury.. The list goes on!
Phoebe specialises in optimising performance, particularly with CrossFit athletes and strength and conditioning programmes for horse riders
