As a clinical massage therapist, I work with those who are in chronic pain and have not had the results they require from other professionals, such as their GP, osteopath, physiotherapist, chiropractor, etc. I have a multi-modal approach using many different massage techniques, taking into account the reasons behind the pain and treating the entire body while working towards an agreed outcome to increase range of motion and decrease the level of discomfort. Clinical massage therapy is used most commonly to treat musculoskeletal pain and injury, as well as dysfunction to the soft tissue of the body (muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments). It is suitable for most people and especially beneficial for those suffering from long-term, chronic pain (i.e. pain lasting for more than 6-8 weeks).
I am also fully qualified in treating those who are living with cancer.
Conditions I treat include:
- Frozen shoulder
- Tennis elbow
- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
- Herniated Disc
- SI joint pain
- Knee pain
- Shin splints
- Plantar fasciitis

Testimonials from happy clients:
"I came to see Pamela more for a bit of pampering than a serious pain or complaint. I was just feeling a bit run down and a full body massage seems like great idea to unwind. Pamela used some lovely wax instead of oil, which was very nourishing and smelled of heavenly lavender! She used the perfect pressure for me, and the massage never felt to deep or uncomfortable. In fact, I felt totally rejuvenated afterwards and full of energy! I would definitely recommend Pamela for her intuitive and skilled approach, she made me feel very at ease and completely relaxed. I already want to come back!" - Maria X., London
"I been receiving massage from Pamela for while. I strong recommend her she certainly knowing what she is doing. I am very satisfied with her services. She is very efficient , approachable and professional." - Nisse C., London
"This is my friend Pamela Ward, who is an ace massage therapist. I had a wonderful back massage by her last week (it's rare to have a massage that doesn't hurt my back) and today she gave me a foot massage that sent me to sleep during chemo! Anyway, if anyone in London fancies a massage she is v highly recommended " - Toni B., London
