Brixton Therapy Centre
510 Brixton Road
Owain is a chiropractor working in Brixton, London.
Exercise and health are two of his passions, and so becoming a Chiropractor was the obvious choice.
He sees all kinds of people from every walk of life and loves how varied his day to day work can be. Kids, adults, pregnant women or the elderly can all benefit from care.
He will always try to discover the CAUSE of your problem, rather than just “treat the symptoms”.
His technique uses not only classic chiropractic techniques, but also a very wide range of massage, Physiotherapy and Osteopathic techniques.
He has also studied dry-needling, which works like acupuncture to relieve tight painful muscles.
As an exercise-enthusiast, with significant post-graduate training in sports and exercise rehabilitation, he is well-equipped to give advice to patients of all fitness levels on how to take better care of their bodies.
He is passionate about the importance that both chiropractic care and an active lifestyle play in keeping us moving comfortably for as long as is possible, and can help you find simple ways to improve your mobility, whatever your lifestyle demands!
