I am an holistic therapist who believes that the body responds best to treatments which address the whole body - mind, body and spirit - rather than just the physical state. Our modern lifestyles frequently increase stress and anxiety levels; my treatments are tailored to relieving tension and promoting a more relaxed emotional state. A full 1 hour reflexology treatment is supplemented with chakra balancing, flower remedies, and muscle testing, as appropriate, to identify the individual healing requirements of your body.
Treatments are provided in a quiet and relaxing dedicated treatment room in my house in Nutbourne, with the choice of using a reflexology chair or table. An initial treatment lasts 1 1/2 hours, which includes a short medical questionnaire. Confidentiality is assured. I am fully insured through the Association of Reflexologists.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with The Raworth Centre, in Dorking. I have a diploma in anatomy and physiology, reflexology, massage, aromatherapy and holistic aromatherapy. I have completed level 1 and 2 of the Bush Flower essences course and I finished my yoga diploma training in 2004. I am ITEC qualified and RAW dip and also a member of the Association of Reflexologists. At this moment in time I am also taking a Esoteric Healing qualification. My yoga qualification is FRYOG. I also have the 740 qualification in part time teaching which I obtained at Farnborough College.
After qualifying I worked in Aromasecrets in Kingston for four years. I then worked in a healing centre in Camberley, Surrey for a year and after this I started seeing clients at home as well as teaching yoga in Godalming, Surrey.
I worked for the Adult Education in Surrey for 3 years giving some Saturday workshops until they decided to make complementary therapists redundant.
£45 for first treatment £40 thereafter.
