Victoria Thomas - Natural Harmony Massage Therapies
Natural Harmony is a mobile therapy service offering mobile massage with treatments carried out in the comfort of your own home or in my new massage room. I cover Haverhill and the surrounding villages in Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire.
My name is Vicky and I am a fully qualified and insured massage therapist. All of my clients are required to complete a consultation form before being treated and I will chat with you to find out exactly what you are hoping to gain from a massage be it relaxation or to help with any niggles or injuries you may have. I became a mum in 2010 and took a career break from my role as a manager in a stressful busy office at the end of 2011 when one of my twin boys was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy.
In researching different treatments to ease my sons muscle tightness we came across massage therapy and that's when I really became interested in how massage can help with various medical conditions and is not just a beauty treat.
When my twins started school in 2014, I went back to college and retrained as a massage therapist to enable me to be more hands on in providing therapy for my son. I found the course fascinating and really enjoyed providing massages and seeing how they benefited peoples health.
I have been working as a mobile massage therapist since I qualified in March 2015 and am currently studying towards gaining my ITEC Reflexology Duploma which will enable me to provide another holistic treatment to my clients.
To me there is great satisfaction in knowing that my treatments are benefitting peoples health and wellbeing and I love that I am able to work around my two young children. I find giving massages to be very soothing and am enjoying my new career
If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.
