Kinesiology is a complementary therapy that uses muscle testing 'biofeedback' in order to identify the roots of emotional, mental, physical and/or chemical imbalances.
Balance is then achieved through a number of methods and according to the specific indications gained through muscle testing, always different for each person.
Creative Kinesiology recognises and acknowledges the intrinsic link between body, mind and Spirit. It is a truly Holistic therapy as it regards the interrelationship of all three on all levels, and sheds light on specific issues from all necessary angles.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have been fascinated by Kinesiology for the past 20 years, both as a client and as a professional kinesiologist. I have explored and learned a wide array of complementary therapies on my journey, yet have always kept a deep interest and favour for this particular healing modality. It was only natural that I finally trained in Systematic Kinesiology in Bristol in 2009 and completed a Creative Kinesiology Practitioner course in 2010. I am now a member of the Kinesiology Federation.
I can blend techniques from traditional Kinesiology and the tools and approach of Creative Kinesiology whilst incorporating my other therapy skills and techniques (basic shiatsu and massage techniques, sound and colour healing, hands-on healing) checked against muscle-testing: there is no guess-work with this wonderful bio-feedback!
With the approach that creative Kinesiology offers I can help you let go of old patterns, identify and release beliefs and traumas that no longer serve you and prevent you from moving on. My focus is to help as many people as possible to find their own voice and be on their path as truly as possible, for both personal enlightenment and global evolution.
I am also currently involved in coordinating Body Talk seminars and training in Glastonbury and have completed the 'Body Talk Access' course, which I integrate within my work wherever needed and relevant.
