Having come from a busy catering background, I wanted a different take on life. A little bit more slower and chilled whilst looking after myself. While studying for my Events degree I got really ill and stressed out and found a great massage clinic in Canterbury. They offered student discount and I thought why not give it a go. I knew from that point on that I wanted to learn massage and study the human body. My therapist told me of all the great work she got to do and what she learned and I just was in awe! So I got a 2:1 in Events but never pursed it as it wasn't my dream!! Massage has always been a big part of my life and I am glad I now have the knowledge to use throughout my career.
Massage is a great way to relax, unwind, rest, be mindful & have time for yourself, either for health reasons or just some simple R&R.
Along side my massage journey I have just completed my NVQ Level 2 in Beauty and will be taking a course in Indian Head Massage, Reiki 2 and baby massage this year.
