Mr Mo Morrish BSc MCCH RSHom
Exeter Natural Health Centre
83-84 Queen Street
Most of the people I treat have usually tried every thing that orthodox medicine has to offer for their conditions and are no better, or struggle to tolerate the drugs and treatments, or choose not to take synthetic chemicals. Most of the people that I have worked with over the past twenty two years started off being reasonably sceptical that homoeopathic medicine could help them yet have been prepared to suspend their scepticism and find out for themselves: most of these people have been satisfied enough with my service to continue to use homoeopathy and to refer me to others.
Homoeopathy is a rational system of medicine founded on principles, grounded in over two hundred years of clinical experience.
I like to work alongside doctors and I never suggest that you come off any medication without referring to your GP.
Maybe it is time for you to make your own experience!
Training, qualifications & experience
The Homoeopathic Practice was established in 1990 when I began treating people under clinical supervision. Previously a Medical Microbiologist, I graduated from the College of Classical Homoeopathy in 1991 and became a registered member of the Society of Homeopaths in 1994. In 1996 I gained my Diploma in Advanced Clinical Homoeopathy and engaged in a homoeopathic apprenticeship with Dr Kenneth Metson, which lasted four years.
Since 1992 I have been lecturing in the philosophy and principles of Homoeopathic Medicine at the British School of Homoeopathy and in 2011 I became principal of the School. During this time I attended to my continuing professional development in a variety of ways.
I have written two books that have been well received by my profession. Medicine Flows-Homoeopathic Philosophy and Homoeopathy-A Rational Choice in Medicine.
I have helped people of all ages, backgrounds, beliefs and professions. I have helped men, women and children. I have supported them through all the phases of life from childbirth through childhood, adolescence and middle life into old age and increasing maturity. I have been able to offer help through the stresses and strains, the trials and tribulations, the ups and downs, the joys and sorrows that come with human life.
It has been, and continues to be, an enormous privilege.
Other available therapies
As well as being a very experienced practitioner of Homoeopathic medicine, I am also a trained counsellor with particular experience in drug and alcohol addiction. I incorporate my counselling skills within my homoeopathic practice.
My fee structure reflects the ongoing balancing act between providing a professional service that is accessible to a wide range of folk and earning a living for my family.
Please see website for details.
The Homoeopathic Practice is based at Exeter Natural Health Centre, a beautiful multi-disciplinary integrative health care centre in the heart of the city. Working with a range of different therapists means that my work is supported by having access to a range of different approaches. In essence, if I don't think I can help you with your health problem I could put you in touch with somebody who can.
If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.
