About me
My name is Michelle and my passion in life is to help heal people with Reflexology and Reiki.
I qualified in Traditional Reflexology in 2010 and I have gone on to learn the following different types of Reflexology
- Traditional Reflexology
- Hot Stones Reflexology
- Mindful Reflexology - specifically fabulous for stress, anxiety and depression.

Reflexology is suitable for all ages and may bring help to a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
During consultations, I will discuss with you what you need from the treatments. Often (with your consent) I will alter the Reflexology to suit your needs using a variety of the above types of Reflexology. This is so you can get maximum benefit from my treatments. This has proved very popular with my clients.
I have studied Reiki for 7 years and am able not only able to give Reiki treatments but teach Usui and Karuna Reiki as I am a Master Teacher in both types of Reiki.

Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) is a non-profit making association which aims to provide support to professionally qualified practitioners.
Membership is open to practitioners who have gained an approved qualification or who have provided proof that their training and practical skills meet the standards set by the AoR.
CNHC is the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. Its key function is to enhance public protection by setting standards for registration. Members must abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics and hold current professional indemnity insurance.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Please feel free to email or message me and I will happily contact you back to discuss the Reflexology or Reiki treatment that would best suit your needs. Prices start from £30 for 30 minutes and £50 for 50 minutes. Specialised Reflexology appointments are £60 for an hours appointment.
With all Fertility and Maternity Reflexology clients, I offer the 7th treatment for free as it is beneficial to have regular ongoing treatments to get the most out of your Reflexology appointments whilst you are trying for a baby or pregnant with a baby.
