I am a qualified Reflexologist and Aromatherapist and my clinic is based in in the heart of Central London, on prestigious South Molton Street.
I studied to be both a Reflexologist and Aromatherapist at Morley College, where I gained my qualifications in Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology for complimentary therapies. I have also attended post graduate courses in pre-conceptual/infertility, maternity and post-natal treatments. I have also attended a course in foot reading with Julie Quinn and Renee Tanner. I am a full member of the Complementary Health Professionals and Professional Reflexology.
I am also trained in Reflexology Lymph Drainage, which is an award winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay BSc(Hons), whilst working in Cancer Care. The results appear to support the theory of reflexology.
As a complimentary therapist, I believe in taking a holistic view relating to our health matters and well being and this is why I am passionate about what I do. Both my reflexology and aromatherapy treatments are tailored to suit each individual and I will start your first treatment by discussing your health and lifestyle in order to develop your bespoke treatment plan.
