I specialise in massage to heal pain, muscle tension and mental stress. Treatments include deep tissue work, holistic, pregnancy, lower back pain and Indian head massage, myofascial release and soft cupping massage.
All age groups are welcome at my private practice Brockwell Park Massage in Herne Hill. My clients include professionals with work-related physical problems - such as painful shoulders and backs; injured sportsmen and women; and those seeking support on their journey to achieve improved health, fitness and mental wellbeing. I also work with people with cancer and their families, offering a supportive environment to treat stress or emotional problems.
As a mother of three grown-up children, I understand pregnancy and the post-natal period and their effect on the body and emotions. Expectant and new mothers can expect a confident and sympathetic approach to pregnancy massage and post-natal massage.
Other popular treatments on my menu include deep tissue massage, holistic massage, lower back pain massage, myofascial release massage, and Indian head massage. For deep-seated muscle tension that has resisted treatment in the past, I recommend that clients try my soft cupping massage - this deeply relaxing treatment uses silicone cups to reach deep into complex layers of tissue, helping to release chronic muscle tension, reduce pain and improve circulation.
The choice of massages might seem confusing - but there's no need to choose before booking. We'll talk about the way you're feeling and what you hope to achieve, and then plan the best treatment for you. Feel free to phone or email me with any questions on 07976 980025 and at email@example.com.
