Reiki healing - A Japanese system based on channeling source energy through the hands.  While lying comfortably, this gentle and peaceful process starts by releasing blockages and imbalances the body my have, whether physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Acupressure massage -  This relaxing massage focuses on the twelve meridian energy points. Toxins are released when pressure is applied. This massage works on muscular knots, tight, tired and strained areas located on the neck, shoulders, back, hips, arms and hands. This also stimulates feel good neuro transmitters and healthy nutrients in the body.  Harmony and balance is restored. 

Indian Head Massage -  As the name indicates, this beautiful treatment originates from India. This practice is immensely popular to Western culture. Pressure is applied to the Acu points located on the head and neck area. This relieves emotional tension and helps with common problems such as anxiety, insomnia and depression. Other benefits are hair growth, headache and migraine prevention also memory improvement. 

Chakra Balance Massage - This exclusive and popular treatment is designed to generate your wellbeing and happiness. There are four types of energy healing in one treatment. Reiki, crystals, sound bowl and massage.  You also receive a gift - a cleansed and charged gemstone crystal to ensure you stay in balance, post treatment. 

Distant treatments (Remote Reiki) - Sending a treatment with energy and applying the connection of Usui, Master Usui and Tibetan symbols can be very powerful indeed. There is no need for physical touch or presense.  Reiki can be sent as a physical treatment or to help with situations you or someone else maybe in. We are all connected and Reiki can be sent to anyone or anywhere in the world. Energy has no limitations.

Reiki for pet loss - This is something i have personally been through.  Suffering the loss of a pet can cause immense grief. I designed this treatment to aid support and empathy during this difficult time. Involving connection, meditation, Reiki and a keepsake crystal gift as a symbol you can turn to in moments of grief. 

Reiki for Animals - Animals need healing too. They have the same energy systems and Chakras just like us. Proven techniques to rebalance and de stress. Issues such as separation anxiety, aggression, reactive aggression, fear, skin problems or health issues.

Crystal Healing - Crystals are quite amazing and a natural part of the Earth's crust.  Crystals increase levels of harmony when our energy levels and systems break down. Issues often faced in life including, health, relationship or work difficulties, crystals are used to bring a sense of peace and clarification. Crystal healing is an alternative medicine technique that taps into natural healing energy. 

Meditation - An uplifting and rebalancing spiritual practice. Connecting to our inner being of pure love and joy. Learning to be present and at one with the Universe. Creating and developing a strong sense of higher consciousness is the way to attract abundance and well being. 

Sound Bowl Healing - Using ancient Tibetan sound bowl vibration to restore health and wellbeing. Cleansing the body through sound and vibration. Experiencing total calmness, peace and escapism leaves a feeling of joy and satisfaction. 

Buddhist Prayer Chants - This powerful practice originates from Tibet. Chanting powerful and healing mantras and prayer.  Common chant, 'Om mani pedme hum' a popular and well known Buddhist prayer, used to restore the mind, body and soul.

I had a Reiki session from Melanie earlier this week (my first since May this year unfortunately) due to having to have two operations in the last three months in my bowel due to Crohn's disease, I was left hospitalised and non-mobile. The Reiki session targeted the areas where I had received the most pain these past 7 months. I felt the heat/healing more profoundly in the areas where and it really helped in calming post hospital/operation internal pain. In addition it massively reduced the terrible stress and strain that I have undergone due to the surgery/ hospital operations. On top of the depression that I have had to cope with due to the sudden death of both my parents last year, the Reiki from Melanie has helped me destress, help me sleep better and calm the pain from recent surgery. I aim to have more Reiki from Melanie on a regular basis as it has helped me no end. In summary I would have found it extremely difficult to cope without it both mentally and physically. 'Barney my 12 year old Border collie dog collapsed and became suddenly a quadriplegic. Barney went through a number of tests and xrays and had an operation without any diagnosis and, all his tests results were inconclusive. Barney's condition remained the same for at least a week. We took Barney to a small animal hospital. Melanie kindly offered to help with his recovery by providing some Reiki healing.
Mel asked for a photo and details of Barney, regarding his condition. She told me that she will send Reiki healing to Barney that night. The next day I went to visit Barney in hospital and was surprise to see him standing and walking with helpers on a harness. It was an amazing sight to see such a major improvement in his condition! The vet told me that he had a tumor on the spine and didn't need any surgery as it was shrinking by itself.
