About me

Gentle solutions for physical conditions and symptoms that hold you back.
Working with fascia and other connective tissue, I use techniques that soften tension and spasm, that don't force body structures into change.

I use Advanced Emmett & Bowen Techniques to bring about lasting changes, reducing pain, stress, muscle tenstion, improving functionality. Since qualifying as a Bowen Therapist with  College of Bowen Studies (CBS) and as an Advanced Emmett Therapist with Emmett-UK I combine these techniques in a unique way for each person I work with.

Treatment is usually performed over light clothing or on the skin.

Working gently and safely whilst sitting, standing or lying down, treatment can mean a quick and dramantic change in balance, flexibility, strength, range of movement, breathing or other functions.

Training, qualifications & experience

It’s important you feel you have some protection as a client, so be reassured, I’m a Member of the Bowen Professional Therapy Association (BPTA) which means I am fully qualified and insured. You can also find me here

It's important that I keep myself up to date and continue advancing my techniques so I can best treat your pain so attend professional development courses regularly.
