About me

Marina specialises in Sports and Deep Tissue Massage, combining elements of other disciplines such as Personal Training and Holistic Therapies in order to achieve the best possible result for all clients. Marina has worked with a spectrum of different injuries, athletes, and of course daily repetitive stresses and tailors every session to every individual need.  Based in a local gymnasium with access to fitness equipment for exercise demonstrations or technique observation, Preventative, Maintenance, Recovery and Performance Enhancing, Marina runs her own business within the gym known as Tiger Therapy, she invites you to be your best!

Tiger Therapy has worked with a spectrum of different injuries, athletes, and of course daily repetitive stresses and tailors every session to every individual need. My Client base varies from horse riders, to runners, to pole dancers, body builders and power lifters, photographers and office workers.
