I am a Reiki Master Practitioner. Reiki is a nice and gentle form of healing. It can help to bring balance and harmony to your mind and body. When I have given Reiki people say it is a very peaceful experience. I am also a Clinical Psychologist and I have seen how Reiki can enhance the experience of change of patterns or issues that may be causing distress. I also practice and teach Mindfulness Meditation, which combined with Reiki is a great way to manage stress. Having a Reiki session is a lovely way to nurture yourself.

I have been using Reiki for over 15 years since. Offering Reiki to individuals, friends and family, but also as part of Reiki share groups.
I teach Mindfulness Meditation.
I am also a Doctor in Clinical Psychology trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness Based Therapy and Compassionate Mind Therapy. I draw on my knowledge and experience of people and emotional difficulties to enhance my Reiki practice, and my therapy work has helped me develop further my intuitive nature.
