Kinburn Holistic Centre
5 Kinburn Place
Lyndsey is a member of the UK Reiki Federation and has obtained the highest degree in Usui Reiki of Master/Teacher. The Reiki Suite at Kinburn offers one-to-one personalised reiki treatments that are tailored to suit your needs. It is situated in the centre of St. Andrews.
Your treatment will be unique, private and relaxing. During or after the session you may experience sensations of warmth, tingling, coolness, seeing colours or shapes, or nothing at all – except deep relaxation. All of these and many more are normal as Reiki affects each person differently. The energy that is passed on is universal energy, and will top up your personal energy. You may feel like you have had a really long deep sleep. Reiki promotes healing on many levels – physical, emotional, spiritual, mental etc. It is therefore impossible to predict in what way it will affect you specifically, but it will always be for your good.
Appointments are available 7 days a week and cost £30 for a one hour session. Every tenth session is free with a loyalty card.
If you would like to learn how to use Reiki yourself, I offer a 4-hour course in self-Reiki, including a short Reiki treatment, teaching on the background of Reiki, an attunement to the energy, and how to use the energy. This course can be arranged at any time, and can be taught one-to-one or in a small group. £95pp.
