My name is Lynda Newman-Miller, I live and was born in Torquay! a Torquinian! we're rare.
I became fascinated by the power of Shiatsu as a Treatment whilst working in the Airline business, where long hours, jet lag and stress were an every day of my Life.
By chance, at a time where I had also lost several members of my immediate family in a short space of time, happened upon a free Shiatsu given by the Devon School of Shiatsu.
I had not been sleeping well, was exhausted but living on adrenaline alone.
After one session I could not believe the positive effect it had on me!
It allowed me to let go and finally grieve, I slept well for the first time in years and felt positive and energised.
From then on in I was hooked, 1 year later I started to train as a Shiatsu Practitioner, and found it balanced my Life EMOTIONALLY, PHYSICALLY, and SPIRITUALLY!
