Specifically blending essential oils that will be used in massage or possibly compresses/ inhalations.
Relax and enjoy a facial steam treatment, cleansing mask and face, neck and shoulder massage.
Massage techniques that soothe and manipulate the skin and muscles to help relax and encourage blood flow aiding the body's natural ability to heal itself.
Generally this is done on the feet but can also be carried out on the hands. A wonderful treatment working over reflex points that correspond to and help to bring balance to the whole body.
Hot Stone Massage
A relaxing treatment using heated basalt stones. Stones are placed to enhance relaxation and used in massage which can help soothe out muscle fibres, knots and adhesions.
Indian Head Massage
A wonderfully relaxing treatment for tension and stress in the back, shoulders, neck and head.
Using Bio-sun Ear candles this is a wonderfully relaxing treatment that helps to promote a sense of well being.
A consultation will be carried out to identify key areas. Massage, stretching and remedial exercises may be advised.
Glass fire cupping ideal for destagnating, improving muscle tone and useful for different ailments, postural, frozen shoulder etc.
