Hi,

My name is Lorraine Gregory and I am the owner of All About You. I am an ITEC qualified complementary therapist specialising in massage therapy for the purpose of relaxation and well being.  I undertook my foundation training as a mature student at Bromley Adult Education College, following an ITEC based programme.  I continue my professional development through further study at the College as well as through other reputable training providers.  I am a member of the Complementary Therapists Association (incorporating Embody For You) and I am insured with Holistic Services Insurance. I am also listed on Therapy Directory, Beauty Finder, Find Every Therapist and The Complementary Therapy Guide.

All About You was established in 2011 in response to a growing demand for superior quality complementary and beauty therapy treatments, at affordable prices.  All About You is a small salon business offering a spa service.  All treatments are tailored to meet individual needs and are suitable for both men and women.  The products used are of premium quality, offering instant calm or vitality, the choice is yours.  This means your experience of good health and well being can be felt long after you have left the treatment room.

Indian Head Massage: use of deep kneading and compression movements over the neck, shoulder, scalp and face area, can aid concentration. Heated neck and shoulder pad used to enhance experience

Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage: using a combination of deep tissue and remedial movements to ease tension and stress

Luxury Swedish Body Massage: scalp to foot treatment incorporating traditional Swedish massage techniques to restore balance to body and mind, using a lavish mix of jojoba, avocado, sweet almond and sesame oils

Thai Oil Massage: using palming and thumbing techniques, this massage involves yoga type stretching and is aimed at balancing energies throughout the body

Luxury Facial: a deep cleanse, followed by a relaxing facial massage, exfoliation and mask will leave you feeling rejuvenated. Steam towels used for greater effect
