Lizzie Austin qualified from the School of Homeopathy over 20 years ago, and is registered with the Society of Homeopaths (RSHom) She is also qualified in Reflexology, Facial Reflexology and Reiki level 2, and she regularly partakes in further professional training. She is a member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR).
Lizzie’s interest in complementary therapies began through her own successful experience of homeopathic treatment. She trained as a homeopath, and later decided to include reiki healing, then both foot and facial reflexology, because she wanted to include a more hands-on healing approach.
Homeopathy is a gentle and holistic system of healing that suits any age group. Based on the law of similars or ‘like cures like’, homeopathic remedies are used to gently stimulate the patient’s own healing ability and to restore health and wellbeing.
Reflexology is an ancient technique based on the principle that different parts of the body are reflected in the feet, hands or face. By using gentle pressure and massage on specific areas, Lizzie’s aim is to stimulate and thus improve circulation, to restore balance and healthy functioning within the body. Both treatments offer a deeply relaxing and nurturing experience.
