About me

I have been practising yoga for 21 years and teaching for 13 years. I studied with The British Wheel of Yoga teaching diploma, then went on to specialise in Pregnacy yoga. My own journey to healing began when I suffered from PTSD and post natal depression. This lead me to realise how effective and healing a gentle yoga practise can be. I decided to enhance my yoga studies by studying and completing a yoga therapy diploma at Yogacampus in Islington. I am a member of CNHC and offer regular 1-2-1 yoga therapy sessions and also specialised small group yoga therapy sessions. I am also a Y12SR leader working with addictions in rehabs and treatment centre.
I offer specialist Yoga therapy and sound therapy retreats at my beautiful french farmhouse in Brittany. I am currently studying sound therapy and play the gong in workshops.
I founded red tent Rayleigh a women's circle and host 'goddess interventions' and retreats. womens wellbeing is a passion for myself so being able to share within groups is a honour.
My retreat is small (sleeps 12 ) so plenty of time and attention for those clients with injuries, illness or in recovery and might need more theruputic yogic approach.
I am a retreat chef too so if you fancy some amazing yoga, gong baths and great grub please take a look at 'grateful retreat.'
