About me

I am a qualified homeopath working in Lewes, East Sussex. I am a mother to 3 school age children, and fully understand the stresses that modern life can produce. Many of us juggle with lots of roles and responsibilities, some of which may be new to us, amidst busy lives, and it’s not just as adults either.

Children too are constantly experiencing new situations and working out their own coping strategies, whether it be the arrival of a sibling, or perhaps starting at school. Sometimes these situational changes may  be accompanied with physical symptoms of discomfort.

Homeopathy's holistic philosophy recognises that symptoms of ill health are a sign that the something is out of balance and that it is the person who needs treatment to redress the problem.

Homeopathic remedies are non-toxic, so there are no side effects and they are safe to use across all ages and stages. Homeopathy has been in existence for over 200 years, and is a widely used form of healthcare across parts of Europe and India.

I work from Cliffe Osteopaths and Complementary Clinic on Cliffe High Street, Lewes,on Wednesdays from 1.30 pm -7.30 pm,and from Upper Wellingham Farmhouse on Mondays from 9 am -3 pm,and Wednesdays 9 am -12.00 pm.

I also offer a monthly Saturday morning clinic for those who are unable to come along during the week.

I am registered with The Society of Homeopaths and hold full professional insurance.
