Linn Allan - Happy Sole Reflexology
Vale Of Glamorgan
Reflexology is a gentle and relaxing way to sooth your body and mind, relieve any tension, aches or pains, ease your stress levels and help restore a general feeling of wellbeing. Like acupuncture, reflexology proposes that energy links your hands and feet to various parts of your body. By using special finger and thumb movements to manipulate congested areas found on your feet or hands, the corresponding part of your body or bodily system is stimulated into releasing and rebalancing.
Hourly treatments include a free confidential consultation which helps me build up a thorough picture of your health and general lifestyle. This, together with the visual and tactile analysis of your feet, helps identify the right treatment for you. Each treatment is unique and tailored to your specific needs and personal preference.
Providing you have no allergic reactions to lotions and creams then a little is applied to your feet or hands to aid the movements. You can close your eyes and relax, or chat during the treatments – it is entirely up to you.
