As Lanarkshires leading Sports Therapy and Alternative Therapy provider, we are able to assess, diagnose and treat various sporting injuries. We work with a variety of athletes from many walks of life including martial arts, weight lifting, running, football and the world’s strongest man. Recent involvement includes Aberdeen Football Club, Hamilton Academicals Football Club, Albion Rovers, Tough Mudder and currently Old Firm Legends.
After your consultation, a full assessment of your injury will be carried out to ensure we know exactly what is causing your pain. We will chat with you and discuss the cause of your pain. Once you fully understand your injury we can discuss possible treatment plans. The treatment plan is designed with you in mind so that you can return to full fitness as soon as possible without it reoccurring.
If you are attending the clinic for a relaxing experience, the process is very similar. A full consultation will be carried out so we can get to know you better and find out exactly what you want from your treatment. Once the consultation has been completed, your therapist will explain the treatment to you before starting.

Training, qualifications & experience
Starting as a Sports Therapist, my main qualification was based on assessing, diagnosing and rehabilitating sports related injuries. My studies have seen me work with various premier league football teams, Strong Man/Toughest Man competitions and various rugby and martial arts club.
Over the last 10 years, I have also gained qualifications in various types of treatment, some relating to my Sports Therapy work such as Sports Massage, Cervical and Thoracic manipulations and core strengthening work.
From a personal aspect, I developed an interest in alternative and complementary therapies such as Reiki, reflexology, stone therapy, Thai hand and foot massage, Hopi ear candling and Indian head massage.
With various treatment methods accessible to me, I feel that I am now able to offer my clients a more personal rehabilitation programme by combining my knowledge and experience with the vast range of treatment modalities I have to offer.
Recently, I have added teaching to my list of qualifications. I am now able to offer classes in various subjects for either beginner level or advance level.
My fees range from £25 to £40 depending on what treatment is carried out and how long you wish each treatment to last. We also offer various discount packages and individual discounts as I tend to find that my clients enjoy combining the treatments on offer.
Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information regarding a personalised treatment or rehabilitation programme.
If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.
