David Lloyd Leisure
Shenley Church End
Hello, I am a qualified sports and remedial massage therapist, an Emmett Practitioner and a Dorn Method Spinal Alignment Practitioner.
I graduated as a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist in October 2011 under the tuition of ProActive Training undertaking my ITEC qualification at the British School of Osteopathy in London.
In November 2011, I launched ReActive Sports Massage and I have been treating patients in Milton Keynes ever since.
I have also trained as a full Emmett Practitioner and a Dorn Practitioner in order to provide alternative treatment modalities and to provide the best possible care for my patients.
I am very interested in wellness and in particular, supporting and encouraging patients to take control of their own health and well-being and so this year (2016) I expanded my business to include ForeverActive Wellness, which supports wellness by offering a fantastic and extensive range of sports, weight management, nutrition and skincare products to suit all needs and budgets.
I operate from two locations in Milton Keynes, David Lloyd Leisure a premier sports club and Shenley Church End.
I evaluate and treat using a wide range of techniques which are tailored and adapted to suit individual needs. These include:
- Sports and Remedial Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Emmett Technique
- Myofascial Release
- Muscle Energy Techniques (MET)
- Neuromuscular Techniques (NMT)
- Soft Tissue Release (STR)
- Dorn Method – Spinal Alignment
