Osteopathy is a primary health care system complementary to other medical practices. It is gentle, safe & non-invasive. We work on your muscles, joints & nervous system, using soft tissue massage, stretching, joint articulation & manipulation. We often advise patients on posture, exercise & stress relief.

Cranial Osteopathy uses more gentle techniques to release stress & tension within the body & head. In infants it helps with colic, excessive crying, sleeping & feeding difficulties.
