Fully qualified massage therapist operating from a clinic based in Folkestone and mobile throughout Kent.
I specialize in deep tissue based, intuitive body massage. My main focus within body work is to remove energy blockages from tissue and heal the body/mind through intuitive touch, breathing and yoga based postural awareness. Each treatment will be adapted to the clients specific requirements. Whether we are dealing with functional sciatica, tight shoulders, migraines, fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitus and general structural imbalances or more emotional symptoms, that also present themselves within the physical body e.g stress, anxiety and hormonal/energetic disorders, my approach is always holistic.
Massage therapy is a wonderful, healing tool to consider over and alongside traditional medicine, nutrition and movement therapy for all sorts of disorders and diseases.
I work as a private/mobile therapist on Mondays and Thursdays covering the surrounding areas of Folkestone from 10am-8pm. I am a Neal's Yard consultant and use ethical, plant based products during all of my treatments.
I also teach a movement class on a Monday evening from 19:30-21.00pm in Folkestone @ Sunflower House. Drop ins are welcome, please contact me prior if you have any medical conditions/injuries.
Look forward to meeting you.
