Complete Reflexology builds on my skills and experience acquired through my previous career and in-depth practitioner training and experience. Many of my clients have commented on my intuition skills, attentiveness, professional, caring and natural approach. It is an absolute pleasure and privilege to peform reflexology on someone and act as a channel of healing. My practice stems from a holistic and wellness approach which is tailored to their physical, emotional, mental and spiritutual needs. Encouraging clients to engage in self care and be an active participant in their health and well-being. I am constantly in awe of how this natural therapy can help the body to align itself with its own energy and ability to heal, given the right support and signals.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained under the tuition of Allison Walker at the Contemporary Reflexology College and qualified with a Centralia Mastership in Reflexology (incorporating Agored Cymru units at Level 5). Level 5 is the highest level of Reflexology training available in the UK, equivalent to a Foundation Degree or Diploma in Higher Education. All of the course units are assigned to the Nursing and Subjects and Vocations Allied to Medicine Sector.

My comprehensive training enables me to practice reflexology on the feet, hands and ears as well as Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT), Meridian and Synergistic Reflexology. I also use Advanced Reflexology Techniques (ART) techniques whilst working towards ART registration. I am trained to treat clients who are living with cancer, those in need of palliative care and to support those requiring fertility and maternity reflexology.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and Professional Reflexology and an authorised member of the VRT Network. I am also registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

Therapies offered

First Investigatory Treatment

The first session is £40 and involves a consultation about the clients health and well-being followed by an investigatory reflexology treatment, whereby all bodily systems are covered in order to identify any imbalances. This session should last around 1 hour 30 minutes.

A bespoke treatment plan will then be devised for future sessions, guided by the reflexes found to be out of balance during the investigatory treatment and the clients presenting condition.

Following Treatments

For reflexology to be effective, a weekly treatment will need to be made initially. Majority of clients commit to an initial course of four or six weekly treatments and health improvements are regularly reviewed. Then, clients may be seen fortnightly or monthly as part of a maintenance programme. However, this very much depends on the clients health and how they feel.

Weekly and monthly sessions should last around an hour and cost £35.

Bi-weekly treatments following a course of 4-6 sessions cost £30.
