I initially trained with the British Wheel of Yoga in 1993 before moving on to train with the Bihar School of Yoga. This tradition aims to harmonise all aspects of human experience through a meditative approach that develops the spiritual aspects of Yoga through building on ancient techniques and deepening and enhancing basic practices. It is accessible to students of all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
