About me

My life experience and recovery from serious injury motivated me to train as a holistic therapist and I am qualified in a number of Complimentary Therapies: Zero Balancing, Creative Kinesiology, Reiki Treatments / Reiki Training and Indian  Head Massage.

The therapies I use offer ease and support whether you are in pain physically or emotionally, in difficulty energetically or nutritionally, struggling with life changes or just want to feel different.  The techniques of Deep Massage can be used independently or to compliment other therapies.

What people have said about me:

"Kay is a fantastic therapist.  I feel better every time I leave her sessions.  She always knows exactly what I need and can put together a treatment tailored especially for me, whether I have an acute, specific problem, or just want to feel energised."  Alison (Author and Lecturer)
