About me

Structrual, cranial, sports and visceral Osteopathy. Naturopathy covering diet, hydrotherapy, lifestyle, poultices and teas. Dry Needling.
Traditional and Kinesio Taping to aid the healing of muscle injuries, improve lymphatic flow and posturally and propreceptively educate the musculoskeletal system.

Approach is very much a team work effort, with exercises, homecare and work and hobbie enviroments being explored to either minimalise or eliminate root causes of problems.

Training, qualifications & experience

Graduated from British College of Naturopathy & Osteopathy in 1994 in Osteopathy and Naturopathy.
Registered with General Osteopathic Council, Osteopathic Sports Care Association and British Osteopathic Association.
Worked in ACC in New Zealand, NHS in Bristol and privately in Buckinghamshire.

Talks to doctors, dancers and WI on osteoporosis, foot mechanics and breathing.

CPD at least 30 hrs per annum includes such topics and subjects as imaging techniques, taping, nutrition, osteopathic techniques such as cranial and first aid.
