Profile

My name is Anne Young and I have been a practicing complementary therapist for several years. I have personally experienced the benefits of complementary therapies; when dealing with personal health issues they helped to support me physically and emotionally in aiding my recovery. This inspired me to learn more about complementary therapies and undertake the required professional training to be able to offer this wonderful service to others. I qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1986 and I have always had a passion to help people to achieve their own optimum health and wellbeing. 

There are two areas that I have a particular interest in and that is to support women through pregnancy and help support new mums and babies.  I have specialised training in fertility/maternity reflexology and pregnancy massage and I'm also a qualified baby massage instructor and BabyCalm teacher.

I also have experience in working with children and adults with special needs.
