I aim to help you access your own inner resource of healing and change and reconnect with your true self and release physical, mental and emotional blocks, helping you achieve a greater feeling of well-being. 

I believe that healing lies within us and use my skills to put you on the path to a better future.  Move from anxiety and stress and learn how to access inner strength and peace so you handle life with greater ease and begin to find clarity, direction and purpose.  My aim is always to empower you.

Advice and guidance sessions are available via Skype or telephone, enabling you to access them from the comfort of your own home, wherever you live and I have flexible appointment times.  I can usually carry out readings via email at 24 hours notice and am also happy to do readings via Skype if you prefer.  If you live locally then we can also arrange in person sessions for any of my services if you prefer.
