About me

I practice Bowen Technique, Body Massage and Sports Massage.

The Bowen Technique is a gentle, effective fascial release therapy. It is a remedial, hands-on therapy that is applied using very gentle pressure. Thumbs and fingers are used on precise points of the body to perform Bowen's unique sets of rolling type moves which stimulate the muscles and soft tissue of the body. There is no manipulation or adjustment of hard tissue and no force is used. The experience of a treatment is gentle, subtle and relaxing.

Body massage is tailored to your needs and can be very gentle and relaxing or a more firm and invigorating massage can be provided.

Sports Massage is excellent pre event to aid in the prevention of injury or post event to help along the recovery process. It is not only for the sports person. A range of techniques are used that can aid and relieve chronic pain and restricted range of motion.

Appointments are in my comfortable therapy room in Pulborough.
